About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

Marble is expanding rapidly beyond our home base in New York, and we're looking for a sales leader to drive that growth. You'll own a multi-state territory and lead and grow a team of AEs to bring Marble to more schools and districts across the country.

This is not a run-the-playbook role. Our markets look different in every state, and you'll work directly with the leadership team to set strategy, develop new sales motions, identify bottlenecks, and build process and team through periods of rapid scale. Expect ambiguity, and expect to sell alongside your team where it counts.

Your team will own the full outreach-to-partnership cycle — prospecting the right schools, building trust with school districts and counselors, and handing off to our success team once a school is onboard. Every partnership you establish means more students getting care sooner.

This role is hybrid, with three days per week in our SoHo, New York City office.

What You'll Do
  • With company leadership, set the vision and strategy for the states and territories you own. Translate overall goals into objectives for the teams you lead

  • Develop and refine sales motions for new markets where no established playbook exists

  • With your team, develop trusted relationships with school districts, school counselors, principals, and district administrators, understanding their needs and positioning Marble as the right solution

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of AEs by providing meaningful feedback on deals, approach, and career growth

  • Represent Marble at school district meetings, conferences, and events across your territory as needed, especially as you’re learning the core pieces of Marble’s sales motion and the territories you’re responsible for

  • Collaborate with BD and Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong retention from the accounts you close

  • Bring insights from the field back to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen Marble's positioning and go-to-market strategy

Who You Are
  • 6 - 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in ed-tech, health tech, or another mission-driven SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of success in ambiguous sales environments: building teams, selling new products, etc., all while achieving ambitious results

  • Experience leading and inspiring sales organizations and coaching sellers on deals and approach

  • You’re an analytical leader; you build territory and team plans that ladder up to company goals

  • Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders. You know how to navigate an organization, identify the right decision-makers, and build consensus

  • Exceptional communicator. You build trust quickly, listen well, and present with confidence

  • Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids

  • Experience with K-12 school districts or education-adjacent markets is a plus

Why Marble
  • Direct impact on kids' mental health access — this work is meaningful

  • Greenfield opportunity to build something from the ground up, with leadership support and a clear growth path

  • Small, experienced team that moves fast and takes the work seriously

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity
