The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Director of Professional Services to join our dynamic leadership team in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale world-class professional services practices in DevOps, Atlassian, and AI/ML solutions. As organizations globally accelerate their digital transformation initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how enterprises implement and optimize their tooling and infrastructure.
Your Impact

  • Build and scale high-performing professional services practices that consistently exceed market growth rates of 20-35% CAGR
  • Design and execute the strategy for our PS organization across North America and Europe
  • Create and optimize service offerings that complement our managed services/platforms portfolio
  • Develop and implement best practices that drive exceptional customer outcomes
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across our Atlassian, DevOps, and AI/ML practices
  • Drive innovation in service delivery methods and customer engagement models
  • Collaborate with our stellar leadership team to identify and capture market opportunities


What You Bring

  • Proven track record of building and scaling professional services organizations in the technology sector
  • Deep understanding of DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience in scaling operations across multiple geographies
  • Strong business acumen with a history of exceeding growth targets
  • Excellence in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to operate autonomously while maintaining alignment with company objectives
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Toronto Area


Essential Experience

  • 10+ years of technology services experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing professional services practices from the ground up
  • Track record of achieving significant year-over-year growth
  • Experience with enterprise customers and complex solution delivery
  • Strong background in DevOps, with exposure to AI/ML technologies a plus

Location

  • While this position is remote, candidates are required to be based in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas (GTA) and also attend regular in office meetings and local company events.
  • Travel within North America and Europe will be required to support customers and partner initiatives
