Who We Are

SensorUp, the global leader in enterprise software for methane emissions Measurement, Reporting, Verification, and Repair (MRVR), is serving the needs of oil and gas companies worldwide. With SensorUp Gas Emission Management Solutions, these enterprises are effectively executing their comprehensive methane detection and repair initiatives, ensuring they meet the most stringent emissions reporting standards. Providing support for the most recent multi-scale methane measurement technologies, contemporary reconciliation protocols, and interoperable open standards, SensorUp represents the cutting-edge of industry solutions. Its bedrock technology is an award-winning geospatial IoT platform, recognized by NATO, seamlessly connecting real-time operational data with predictive capabilities and task execution. Since its inception in 2014, SensorUp has claimed its place as the world's preeminent authority in geospatial sensor web. Pioneering and spearheading the development of several international sensor web standards for the United Nations' ITU-T and the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), the impact is far-reaching. These key enabling standards are integral to millions of sensors globally, forming the backbone of the world-wide sensor web.

Our Vision

At SensorUp, our vision is to lead the world in groundbreaking emissions software solutions, powering the fight against harmful methane emissions in the oil and gas industry. Through our advanced enterprise software and multi-scale methane measurement capabilities, we commit to assist businesses in their comprehensive detection and repair initiatives, setting a new standard in emissions reporting. Our dedication to the development of universal sensor web standards is creating a more connected, transparent, and responsible world. As we navigate the future, we aim to revolutionize the industry, cease methane leaks, and contribute to a cleaner, healthier planet.

The Role

The Director of Product Management will drive the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of SensorUp’s emissions, operations, and analytics product portfolio. This role drives clarity across engineering, design, GTM, and customers, ensuring we build software that solves real operator challenges and supports regulatory, operational, and commercial outcomes. You will own roadmap definition, cross-functional alignment, and the delivery of customer value across multi-sensor data integration, workflow automation, and reporting. Above all, this role strengthens SensorUp’s ability to scale, serve enterprise energy customers, and deliver repeatable, measurable results.

Your Influence

  • Gain deep familiarity with the platform, customer use cases, regulatory drivers, and current roadmap; build working relationships with engineering, design, CS, and sales.
  • Refine and validate product priorities for emissions management, LDAR program workflows, customizable calculations, and data reconciliation; create clear problem statements and feature themes.
  • Drive execution of key roadmap epics (Inventory, Flexible Calculations, LDAR Program Management, Analytics & Insights, API Ingress/Egress) and establish predictable planning and delivery rhythms.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Design to ensure outcome-based development, clear requirements, and tight feedback loops.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions with operators and partners to ground roadmap decisions in real operational, regulatory, and financial needs.

Your Experience

  • Proven track record building and scaling complex enterprise software—ideally in energy, industrial IoT, geospatial systems, or data-driven workflow platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen across APIs, data modeling, analytics, cloud architecture, and multi-sensor data ingestion (no need to code, but must be able to reason about systems).
  • Experience leading product strategy and execution for multi-module SaaS platforms with cross-functional dependencies and large customers.
  • Skilled at turning messy operator requirements into clear roadmap priorities, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborative leader able to align engineering, design, CS, and GTM teams; comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first startup environment.

Who You Are

  • Impact-driven professional ready to advance global methane emissions management.
  • Excited by cutting-edge enterprise software that unifies data, automates operations, and optimizes market participation.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment focused on geospatial IoT, real-time insights, and predictive capabilities.
  • Passionate about contributing to a cleaner, healthier planet through innovative and comprehensive solutions.
