Mission:
Own and deliver the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Brockville, Ontario facility. Drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and employee engagement while scaling operations to support long-term growth. Strengthen a culture of process discipline, safety, and performance excellence, ensuring operational rigor across manufacturing, staffing, and all program initiatives.  Hold full accountability for plant performance, driving continuous operational improvement within the rail component aftermarket. 

Outcomes:
  • Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months, fully aligned with company-wide processes. 
  • Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery ≥ 95% within 12 months. 
  • Achieve ≥ 80% labour efficiency by September 2026. 
  • Increase production capacity by 50% within 12 months to support company growth targets, while maintaining KPI targets. 
  • Establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance with zero recordable or lost time incidents. 
  • Achieve ≥ 98% first-pass quality within 12 months. 
  • Achieve Trust index score of ≥ 65% on the annual Great Place to Work survey.
