The Director, Intelligent Automation & AI, Canada Operations leads the design, build, and evolution of the enterprise augmentation agent portfolio across platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce. This role focuses on translating prioritized capabilities into operational solutions that improve quality, accelerate cycle times, and reduce exceptions. As a product and operations leader, the Director ensures delivery of measurable business outcomes rather than just technical deployments. Position Responsibilities
- Own and manage the delivery roadmap for the augmentation portfolio across business units, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and value realization
- Lead solution delivery across both low-code rapid deployments and complex builds, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and adoption
- Serve as the primary business partner to central Technology teams, aligning augmentation solutions with foundational technology investments
- Oversee operational quality, governance, and release readiness, ensuring all capabilities meet defined acceptance criteria and audit standards
- Build and develop high-performing teams, while engaging stakeholders and communicating outcomes to business leaders and executives
- Drive capacity planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of the shared augmentation library to maximize long-term value
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operational transformation, intelligent automation, product delivery, or related domains
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions into production environments
- Strong understanding of operations in financial services, banking, or insurance sectors
- Experience owning product roadmaps, capacity planning, prioritization, and measurable value delivery
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform) and Salesforce at a functional level
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT, architecture, and business teams
- Experience leading teams (5–6 members) with a focus on building inclusive, high-performing environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with vendor management and enterprise automation technology stacks
- Background in operations transformation or strategy
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled automation use cases and limitations
- Experience working with agile delivery models such as sprint cadences and phased releases

Salary range is expected to be between
$118,300.00 CAD - $168,300.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
