Your role as Director, National Partnerships (Interim - 12 month contract)

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Operations, the role of the Director, National Partnerships will be to lead the Partnerships team that is responsible for nurturing relationships with new and existing broker, advisor, TPA and consultant partners in the health and wellness space across Canada. You can be located in Montreal or Toronto.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a high-performing, highly engaged partnerships management team by providing continuous guidance and coaching to optimize performance and drive outstanding results
  • Strategizing on how best to manage existing partner relationships and uncover revenue opportunities while also identifying new business opportunities through new partner channels across a range of industries 
  • Building and improving key processes alongside the team to establish structured and efficient ways of working 
  • Reporting on partnerships activity and key performance indicators to the executive team
  • Developing the strategy to reach account growth targets and exceed our ambitious revenue objectives by continuously measuring the success of our partnerships across Canada 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, legal, finance, marketing, product, technology, service operations, and engineering) to launch new initiatives, support internal objectives and align on company priorities

We'd love to hear from you, if you have:

  • 7+ years of partnerships management and/or consulting, brokerage or advisory experience in a high-performing environment with a track record of excellence
  • Experience in healthcare and healthtech
  • Experience managing large and complex relationships before, during and after sales cycles
  • Track record of leading high performing and highly engaged teams
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to think through scenarios in a logical manner, always seeking to find outcomes that are mutually rewarding for Dialogue and its partners 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
