About the Role:

The Enterprise Systems Team sits within the Technology Operations organization and partners with finance, business, analytics, product  and engineering stakeholders to help build and deliver projects to increase business efficiency and automate global teams’ business processes. This individual will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of great business-facing products, system enhancements and critical reporting to finance and business stakeholders. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the business and product teams to lead cross-product improvements and initiatives.
  • Write code to implement new tools and platforms, and maintain existing ones
  • Review and update existing integrations
  • Drive architecture evaluations and decisions to build reliable and observable systems
  • Build rapport with stakeholders, manage expectations and deadlines by providing guidance
  • Mentor and manage a team to effectively align resources with priorities and oversee quality of work and ongoing operational support being delivered to the finance stakeholders.

Please apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an engineering/technical background. 
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience writing code, with a minimum of 5+ years on a fintech/enterprise technology team.
  • Strong demonstrable experience deploying JS/TS, PHP code in an enterprise environment
  • Strong demonstrable experience with SQL
  • Technical skills with prior hands-on experience developing and integrating financial systems such as ERP, AP Automation, AR Receivables, Travel and Expense, Enterprise O2C, R2R, P2P integration platforms
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills to provide guidance to your team with a great attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, adherence to data governance and control requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams whether engineering, product, finance and business stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and grow in the role while adapting to whatever new systems are needed in the future.
  • Hands on experience with NetSuite, Softco, Expensify, Salesforce, payments etc. a plus.
