  • Translating accounting, compliance, and business requirements into S/4HANA‑enabled process execution
  • The position acts as a critical link between Intercompany process strategy, Finance operations, and system enablement (SAP S/4HANA), ensuring alignment between operational Intercompany flows and accounting outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide deep Intercompany process and accounting expertise across day‑to‑day execution, exception handling, reconciliation logic, and close activities.
  • Identify Intercompany process bottlenecks, reconciliation breaks, accounting risks, and KPI deviations, and lead corrective and improvement actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Intercompany Process Owner and Process Experts, Finance GPOs (O2C, P2P, R2R), GBS Operations, and IT to define future‑state processes, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional Intercompany simplification and transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise and Finance strategy.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Intercompany demand management, managing intake, prioritization, and sequencing of improvement initiatives.
  • Govern and maintain global Intercompany process documentation, ensuring alignment with accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report Intercompany process performance, driving continuous improvement and value realization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benchmarking, best practices, and innovation within the Intercompany domain.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Intercompany implementations by translating accounting and business requirements into standardized process solutions.
  • Ensure system design and configuration align with global Intercompany process standards and target operating model.
  • Oversee Intercompany transformation execution to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and value expectations.
  • Facilitate global workshops and working sessions to drive alignment, engagement, and adoption of Intercompany process changes.
  • Ensure Intercompany process execution complies with regulatory, audit, tax, and internal control frameworks, and govern approved local deviations.
  • Provide documentation and subject‑matter support for audit and compliance reviews related to Intercompany processes.
  • Mentor process analysts and support Finance and GBS teams to strengthen Intercompany process capability and operational excellence.
