Role Summary
The Director, Digital Marketing will lead the strategic evolution of Magnet’s digital ecosystem from paid media and SEO to web experience and analytics. This role is responsible for architecting and executing high-impact digital programs that drive pipeline growth, elevate brand visibility across global markets, and enable scalable SaaS and AI-powered marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Directly impact global pipeline generation through digital channels, with a mandate to increase digital conversions and improve cost efficiencies, contributing to a $200M+ pipeline
- Define and lead Magnet’s global digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, ABM, email, and web optimization with accountability to analyze and report on results to senior leadership
- Own the website experience, transforming it into a SaaS-ready platform with dynamic personalization, onboarding flows, and optimized for a product-led growth experience
- Implement AI-powered tools for content recommendations, chatbot engagement, GEO strategy and predictive analytics to scale internal efficiencies and impact customer digital engagement journey
- Oversee digital infrastructure, integrating marketing automation and CRM systems for real-time personalization
- Launch integrated campaigns across multiple products & buying persona's, in partnership with product marketing, brand, and demand generation teams
- Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability, and driving towards excellence
- Manage agency relationships and digital budget allocation
- Establish and report on KPIs including funnel performance, attribution, and ROI
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital strategy with business goals and growth targets
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in managing global digital programs and teams
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid media, SEO, and web optimization programs
- Experience with ABM strategies and multi-channel campaign orchestration
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling and performance reporting
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience with AI-driven marketing technologies and tools and SaaS onboarding flows
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEM tools
- Background in creative production and agency management
