The Director, Business Enablement leads the Sales and Operations enablement function, translating strategy into measurable execution across SMB and Enterprise. This role drives revenue growth and retention by ensuring customer-facing teams are prepared for launches and change, improving end‑to‑end processes, and delivering cost savings through standardization, automation, and effective operating practices.
Operating within Operations, this role partners with Product, Product Operations, Sales (SMB and Enterprise), Marketing, Customer Experience, and frontline teams to deliver scalable readiness and change programs. The Director defines the enablement roadmap, aligns roles and impacts, and ensures tools, playbooks, and processes are implemented to support adoption. Success is measured through revenue impact, operational performance, and financial outcomes.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to VP, Business Operations.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Lead readiness for priority launches and strategic initiatives, translating go‑to‑market strategy into role‑based enablement that improves quota attainment, win rates, sales cycle time, and retention.
Define and implement cross‑functional processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects and rework, and lower cost‑to‑serve across SMB and Enterprise operations.
Build and support business cases for enablement initiatives; deliver measurable cost savings and track realized benefits.
Lead change management efforts by aligning stakeholders, mitigating impacts, and supporting adoption through defined feedback loops.
Establish onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that accelerate time‑to‑productivity and close capability gaps.
Define KPIs and partner with analytics teams to measure adoption, revenue impact, and operational performance; use data to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate governance forums to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support decision‑making across stakeholders.
Lead and develop a team, setting performance expectations, managing capacity, and supporting career growth.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
10–12 years of experience leading and developing teams in a business, operations, or enablement environment.
3–5 years of experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
Experience designing commercialization and readiness programs, including launch playbooks, enablement strategies, and adoption reinforcement.
Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, including value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
Experience establishing operating models, including prioritization, capacity planning, governance structures, and ownership frameworks.
Experience applying change management practices, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training effectiveness measurement.
Working knowledge of CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce/MS Dynamics) and experience supporting scalable workflow and knowledge management tools.
Understanding of how regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations impact processes and frontline execution.
