Overview:
The Director, Agentic Trust Product Acceleration is responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing Agentic Trust solutions across all Security Solutions Organization (SSO) verticals (including Identity & Fraud, Cybersecurity, and Disputes & Experience), enabling secure and trusted agentic commerce experiences. This role executes against defined strategy to deliver scalable, market-ready capabilities.
Operating within Security Solutions, the Director advances Mastercard's trust and safety strategy for agentic commerce by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Foundry teams to design, develop, and bring solutions to market at scale.
Role Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution • Translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps and execution plans • Drive end-to-end execution from concept through market testing and scale
Innovation & Capability Development • Incubate and scale Agentic Trust solutions across key domains (e.g., identity, fraud, cyber) • Ensure alignment with enterprise product and innovation priorities
Execution & Delivery • Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, and Foundry teams • Ensure initiatives progress against defined goals, timelines, and success measures
Scalability & Platform Alignment • Ensure solutions are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with platform and data capabilities
Market Readiness & Commercialization • Prepare solutions for market readiness, including value proposition and portfolio integration • Maintain focus on speed, quality, and customer relevance across the product lifecycle

• Strong experience leading product delivery in complex, technology-driven environments, with ownership of end-to-end lifecycle from concept through scale • Proven track record of building and scaling new products or capabilities, including early-stage incubation, market validation, and commercialization • Ability to translate strategy into tangible product outcomes, driving clarity on scope, milestones, and success metrics • Experience operating in highly matrixed environments, with the ability to drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority • Strong understanding of platform thinking and scalable architectures, ensuring solutions are interoperable and aligned with broader data and platform capabilities • Execution-focused mindset with a strong bias for action, able to operate with speed while maintaining quality and rigor • Strong commercial acumen, with experience preparing products for market (e.g., value proposition, readiness, integration into portfolio) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and drive delivery under pressure • Experience across agentic commerce, AI-driven solutions, trust and safety, fraud, identity, or cybersecurity domains • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a focus on outcomes and impact
