As the Digital Project Manager, for Kahntact you will lead the successful delivery of complex digital and traditional initiatives that span technology, marketing, CRM, websites, analytics, and customer experience. This role serves as the primary project lead for enterprise digital initiatives, with particular emphasis on CRM implementations and customer experience platforms. You'll partner closely with strategists, developers, designers, data specialists, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly desirable, including the ability to guide clients through implementation, adoption, user training, and ongoing optimization.

- Lead complex digital projects from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Manage multiple integrated workstreams across websites, CRM, digital marketing, analytics, creative, development, and media.
- Translate client objectives into clear project plans, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, and issue logs.
- Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage website development projects across CMS platforms and content workflows.
- Understand platform architecture, integrations, APIs, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Coordinate deployment planning, and successful digital launches.
- Support CRM implementations, migrations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Work confidently within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM environments, understanding both business processes and user adoption considerations.
- Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution planning.
- Train and support clients on CRM functionality, workflows, reporting, and best practices to encourage successful adoption.
- Identify project risks early and proactively recommend solutions before they impact timelines or budgets.
- Balance strong project governance with practical decision-making to keep work moving efficiently.
- Mentor Project Managers on digital project methodologies, website development lifecycles, and digital best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing clear communication, transparency, and proactive guidance.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing, website, technology, or CRM projects.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within an advertising, marketing, digital, or consulting agency.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional digital projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience supporting CRM implementation, configuration, user adoption, or client training initiatives.
- Strong understanding of website development lifecycles, CMS platforms, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, APIs, analytics, and digital technologies.
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and client expectations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Experience coordinating QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), launch planning, and post-launch support.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience in the agriculture industry is considered an asset.
- PMP certification or post-secondary education in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
