Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital initiatives spanning CRM (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365), websites, analytics, and marketing. Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, budgets, risks, UAT, deployments, and client relationships; facilitate workshops, support CRM implementation and adoption, and mentor other project managers.

Manage projects through all phases for advertising and communications campaigns: build estimates and SOWs, plan and monitor budget/scope/schedule/resources, coordinate creative, media and PR teams, use Workfront for task and resource management, verify vendor specs/POs, enforce quality control, and provide campaign performance measurements and financial tracking.
