Our suite of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions helps professionals across healthcare and aging services streamline their operations, save time, reduce food waste, and meet regulatory requirements, so they can focus on what matters most: improving the quality of patient and resident care.  

We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise developing mid-funnel strategies to nurture leads, drive engagement, and optimize conversions. Reporting to the Manager, Growth Marketing, you'll collaborate with a high-performing team to oversee digital marketing efforts, balancing technical expertise, strategic planning, and creativity. 

The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker who excels in click funnel marketing, particularly email campaigns, and takes ownership of digital marketing databases and campaign strategies to drive growth. They combine a strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly act on data and insights to optimize campaigns and achieve company objectives. 

A day in the life as a Digital Marketing Manager:  

  • Develop impactful and results-driven digital marketing and remarketing campaigns in collaboration with team members in sales and marketing
  • Analyze performance of digital content and campaigns and make optimization recommendations
  • Execute search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns 
  • Develop and execute email nurture campaigns for various segments to meet growth goals of retention and upsell
  • Own digital platforms and digital databases, including contact mapping, automation, and integration across CRMs and marketing automation tools  
  • Work closely with the marketing team and subject matter experts to transform demographic research and audience behaviour insights into effective mid-funnel marketing and retargeting tactics 

In the first six months to a year, you’ll be successful at reaching these milestones: 

  • Create and implement a digital marketing strategy that encompasses all digital touchpoints with a focus on mid-funnel activations and retargeting 
  • Assess performance of current digital tactics and digital platforms, making recommendations for an effective end-to-end tool set that will allow for continuous reporting of key performance indicators 
  • Analyze the lead capture process and implement improvements

  • I gained my knowledge through 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate certificate in marketing, business, analytics or related field  
  • I possess advanced knowledge of CRM and marketing tools, including Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, PlanHat, Salesloft
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and SEO strategies to optimize performance and traffic
  • Bonus qualifications include Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM certifications from industry leaders like Moz or SEMrush
  • Expertise in developing and executing remarketing, conversion tracking, and lead nurturing strategies, with a proven ability to leverage UTM tracking to optimize customer journeys
  • I have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and transparently explain complex digital strategies to diverse audiences
  • I have high emotional intelligence and a proven ability to build strong team relationships, exhibit self-awareness, and adapt to challenges
  • Bonus points if I possess an understanding of marketing to senior living healthcare communities
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
