Role Overview 

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the digital and content marketing teams with several initiatives, including the re-platforming of our corporate websites as they undergo a complete brand refresh. Your involvement will help support a content management system (CMS) upgrade, search engine optimization (SEO), site content update and migration, quality assurance (QA) and technical testing, URL redirect management, proofreading and other tasks critical to ensuring the successful launch of the websiteAs a member of the marketing team, you will also assist with other tasks, exposing you to day-to-day marketing operations and associated technology platforms. 

What You will be Doing 

  • Assist in website content updates and migration.   
  • Post and edit content using Contentful CMS. 
  • Perform QA testing to ensure site content has been properly migrated from the old site to the new. 
  • Test to ensure the new website is performing as expected and there are no technical errors.  
  • Proofread and edit website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.   
  • Verify URL redirects are functional and pointing to the correct locations. 
  • Assist with SEO optimization tasks 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on other assigned tasks as required. 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Students currently enrolled in a university program preferably in marketing. 

  • Proficiency in MS 365, particularly Word, Excel, and SharePoint (for communications sites).

  • Understanding of basic web principles and terminology. 

  • Knowledge of HTML and CMS systems like Contentful and/or Bloomreach  is preferred. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English 

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

  • Enthusiasm for learning and a collaborative mindset. 

The hiring base salary range for this position is $42,328 - $46,176 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

  • Job type: Internship/co-op 

  • Contract Length: 4 Months
