We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, the successful candidate will report into the Associate Director, Digital Marketing and will work within the marketing group on the strategic creative development and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives. This includes providing strategic support for assigned projects and initiatives related to Corient media campaigns, websites, email campaigns, and other digital initiatives.

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Receive and review digital marketing requests, validating scope, objectives and business requirements with stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with various business units in support of all their digital marketing requirements, owning and project managing committed deliverables from development through to delivery.
  • Support the seamless delivery of projects through our workflow management platform.
  • Involvement in the digital lead pipeline day-to-day including process optimization and reporting.
  • Identify, develop and create optimal customer experiences across all digital channels that personalize journeys and leverage data-driven insights to achieve targeted goals.
  • Manages the successful execution of assigned initiatives against key milestones and communications between all stakeholders, including legal and compliance departments.
  • Support the development of marketing automation for campaign management and reporting.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • One to three years of experience in financial services and/or media or agency environment and work cross-functionally between multiple teams. This role will support a team of editorial designers and digital marketing by managing workflows and tools and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The role will act as the primary creative interface for departments across the business as well as vendors and other third parties.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes and how to implement them is a must
  • University/College degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • IFIC / CSC certification is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working in team environment.
  • Ability to connect the dots and envision ‘big picture’.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities.
  • Creative with aptitude for design thinking and customer experience.
  • Success in managing the delivery of great creativity in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management
  • A strong understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $51,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
