Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate may additionally be responsible for guiding the work of junior team members. Will design and implement within Oracle Financials Cloud.
Travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design.
  • Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.
  • Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to own project areas through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus.
  • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
