Job Description

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights

  • 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users

  • Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)

  • May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions

  • Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects

  • Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles

  • Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel

  • Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities

  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)

  • Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's

  • Willingness to attend and present at orals

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - 160,000 (CAD).  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
