You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

What you need to know about this position:
Plan digital commerce marketing and activate demand creation initiatives:
- Build & execute plans to deliver on digital commerce revenue targets
- Manage media budget and related efforts, taking a holistic view of all media spend (incl. retail media, paid search, merchandising and other promotional/marketing initiatives), and allocating & prioritizing for optimization and ROI
- Leverage ongoing test & learns and data analytics & insights to understand campaign outcomes to deliver strong ROAS/ROI on investments, and share best practices back to eCommerce COE
- Collaborate with SMG and KAMs to create a plan closely tied to the strategic promotional calendar
- Knowledge of search & display advertising essential to role; others RMN and DSP platforms a plus
- Be on the forefront of monitoring evolving retailer capabilities, including digital commerce initiatives and retail media networks
- Manage external retail media agency partners
- Manage the creative development, as required
- Formulate a learning agenda with tools, partners and internal stakeholders
Manage search & display advertising:
- Owning the paid ads strategy, goal-setting and delivering execution via agency partner across retailers
- Pay particular attention to planning and managing paid search campaigns during peak promotional periods and seasonal events
- Use test & learns, and monitor key metrics to ensure campaign ROI
- Liaise with COE on best practices, both sharing back to COE your learnings, and incorporating company & industry best practices into search campaigns
- Apply the principles of mix management to drive strategic growth
Lead the partnerships with Last-Milers:
- Own partnership growth planning & execution
- Use test & learns, and monitor key metrics to ensure campaign ROI
- Run analytics and share insights back with wider team
Deliver on financial goals:
- Responsible to help set customer and brand targets
- Monthly forecasting & reconciliation
- P&L management a plus
Analytics:
- Responsible for real-time digital commerce metrics analysis & optimization; knowledge of industry tools a plus
- Knowledge of retailer tools and an understanding of how to bring it all together through dashboarding or other solutions
- Experience in market share analysis required

Education / Certifications:
Minimum of a completed university or college degree in related discipline.
