Role's Responsibilities:

  • Manages Litmus projects using a waterfall methodology through Initiation, Planning, Execution and Close Phases 
  • Develop and maintain schedules for customer facing deployments of Litmus products  
  • Manage issues and risks for each project  
  • Manage scope of the project and identify / issue change requests due to changing requirements  
  • Prepare project management reports for Account Management and customer stakeholders  
  • Prepare estimates for project effort and costing  
  • Develop statement of work in conjunction with sales and account management teams  
  • Perform cost analysis for ongoing projects and recommend actions to preserve profit margin as needed  
  • Hold project status meetings, take and publish minutes, ensure timely communication with customers  
  • Adhere to and continually improve the Litmus processes for deployment project management  
  • Maintain and update all project management templates and work instructions  
  • Support customer relationships with existing Customer Success accounts to drive expansion and up-sell opportunities and ensure adoption of Litmus Products 
  • Interface with the nominated Account Managers as needed to ensure quality of project deployments and ensure adequate resources assigned to specific Customer Success deployment projects  
  • Leads handover to support of any deployment projects as part of the Closedown phase 
  • Manages resources across all Customer Success projects to ensure adequate allocation.  
  • Manages third-party resources when contracted for a Litmus project. 

Role's Desired Qualifications

  • PMP or other professional project manager designation is preferred  
  • Proven track record and experience implementing software and infrastructure projects in a manufacturing environment  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Strong negotiation skills  
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Experience using MS Project 
  • Experience performing in a customer facing / interactive role 
  • Self-starter and able to work independently as well as in a team environment 
  • Enjoys solving problems 
  • Enjoys staying abreast of new technology and continually learning new things 
  • Able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Background in manufacturing software or infrastructure is an asset
