Job Description: Deployment Manager & Customer Support Specialist - Hospitality Tech (Montreal based)

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of client solution deployments, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for Ariane’s guest-facing technologies.

Behind every successful installation is a skilled deployment manager who ensures our clients are set up for success. In this role, you’ll combine technical coordination, project management, and customer relationship building to deliver high-quality outcomes across Europe.

With more than 3,000 installations in 25+ countries, Ariane is the world leader in hotel check-in automation – and we’re just getting started.

About the company

Ariane is the world leader in self-check-in technology for the hospitality industry, with nearly 20 years of experience and more than 3,000 hotel installations across 25 countries. Our solutions – including automated kiosks, mobile check-in, and web platforms – help hotels streamline arrivals and departures, improve guest satisfaction, and boost operational efficiency.

Since 2024, Ariane has been part of Jonas Hospitality, a portfolio group within Constellation Software Inc. (via Vertus), one of the world’s leading software companies. This gives us the best of both worlds: the agility of a focused product team and the backing of a global organization. It opens up exciting new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and long-term growth within the wider hospitality tech ecosystem.

At Ariane, we operate with an informal, hands-on culture. We value teamwork, initiative, and delivering first-class solutions. Every team member is expected to think independently, stay curious about the industry and emerging technologies, and embrace change and cross-functional collaboration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Deployment Manager & Customer Support Specialist plays a dual role: leading solution deployments and ensuring continued customer support. Your mission is to manage smooth rollouts of Ariane solutions, foster adoption, and provide the responsive support that keeps our clients satisfied.

Deployment planning & execution – Manage milestones, timelines, and configuration to ensure successful solution rollouts.
Customer support – Provide reliable support during and after deployment, resolving issues and ensuring optimal adoption.
Collaboration – Partner with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Sales) to ensure consistency, feedback, and improvement.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing deployment plans, milestones, and timelines based on scope of work
  • Overseeing pre-implementation analysis and solution configuration with stakeholders
  • Coordinating and leading deployment activities, including validation, training, and soft launch support
  • Documenting each stage of the deployment process and maintaining accurate project records
  • Building trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
  • Responding to and resolving issues raised via Customer Support
  • Gathering feedback during and after deployment to support continuous improvement
  • Partnering with clients to ensure solution adoption and usage
  • Identifying opportunities to expand engagement or optimize product utilisation
  • Acting as the bridge between client teams and internal resources
  • Contributing to post-mortem reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of deployment tools and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience in IT, information systems, or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience in account or relationship management
  • College diploma in computer science or related field preferred (high school diploma required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, PC hardware/components, and networking
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS or other property management systems (advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of access control systems (Dormakaba, Assa Abloy) (advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual English and French (spoken and written); additional European languages a plus

Why join us?

By joining Ariane as Deployment Manager & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our award-winning solutions are delivered smoothly and continue to perform reliably. You’ll gain international exposure, work closely with clients and internal teams, and contribute directly to our growth and customer success across Europe.
