About the Role: 

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be an individual contributor driving high-impact marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads, fueling our sales pipeline. This role is perfect for a data-driven and hands-on B2B SaaS marketer who thrives in multi-channel execution—leveraging email, paid media, webinars, and content marketing to optimize engagement and conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with a sales and marketing that is actually aligned, track key performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies to maximize pipeline creation. What You’ll Do as a Demand Generation Manager

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to meet pipeline targets.
  • Optimize performance across digital channels, including email, webinars, paid media, and social.
  • Collaborate with sales to align outreach messaging, provide follow-up resources, and drive lead-to-deal conversions.
  • Manage vendor and freelance contributor relationships to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze KPIs like ROI, CAC, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
  • Create compelling promotional copy for mass emails, social media posts, landing pages, followup sequences, etc. 
  • Oversee event and tradeshow selection, negotiations, promotion, lead hand-off, and post-event ROI measurement.
  • Partner with sales and the rest of marketing to enhance pipeline generation and optimize processes.

  • Demand Generation Expertise: 4+ years in a B2B demand generation marketing role, with a proven ability to strategize and execute demand-generation campaigns for Enterprise-level clients.
  • Lead Nurturing Experience: Skilled in nurturing leads through long buying journeys and across various personas in Enterprise companies.
  • Enterprise Persona Knowledge: Skilled at marketing to varied personas in Enterprise companies.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable managing lead data in tools like HubSpot, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms.
  • Research and Opportunity Identification: Experienced in researching and identifying new marketing opportunities.
  • Cross-Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing industry-agnostic products or services catering to diverse industries.
  • Project Management Skills: Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Analytical and Creative Balance: Capable of transitioning between creative brainstorming and data-driven analysis to optimize campaigns.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, including leads generated, pipeline created, impressions, clicks, and traffic growth.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures thorough preparation and effective communication across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Performance Optimization: Proficient in identifying thriving and underperforming campaigns, making data-driven decisions on campaign adjustments.
  • Writing Skills: Experienced in marketing copy creation and editing across various platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident using tools like HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Suite, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Workspace, Excel, and common social media platforms.
  • Independent and Proactive: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
