About the Role

Leap Tools is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to help build and execute our exciting demand generation strategy. This is a critical role that will drive pipeline growth and contribute significantly to our revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in B2B or B2B2C demand generation. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and roll up their sleeves and get things done. We do not regularly use media agencies, so the right person is the kind of individual who is comfortable with ad platforms and loves evolving their approach as platforms evolve and new ones arrive on the scene. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies:
    • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, partnerships, sponsorships, direct mail, and more to drive qualified leads and generate pipeline.
    • Own campaigns from inception to launch, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
  • Optimize the Marketing Funnel:
    • Analyze and improve the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
    • Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and overall program success.
    • Develop hypotheses, conduct experiments, and perform A/B tests to increase inbound leads and pipeline.
    • Use insights to inform strategy and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Enhance Marketing Technologies and Processes:
    • Manage and improve the marketing tech stack, including marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Enhance targeting, tracking, personalization, and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    • Work closely with sales, product marketing, creative, content, design, and dealer teams.
    • Align efforts to drive revenue and maximize impact.
  • Build and Maintain Industry Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, partners, associations, and other stakeholders.
    • Create sponsorship programs that drive brand and product awareness.
  • Mentor Team Members:
    • Provide guidance and support to junior demand generation specialists.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:
    • Monitor industry developments and stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
  • Manage Budget and Resources:
    • Effectively allocate budget and resources to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns that contribute to the sales pipeline and drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and experience optimizing campaigns across all stages.
  • Expertise in data analysis and optimization, with experience tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B2C is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
