Our colleagues can rest assured that those who live up to our standards of quality and professionalism grow personally and professionally, no matter if they are apprentices or managers.

Make our claim your challenge—whether in Gütersloh, Melbourne or Singapore! Become one of more than 23,000 Miele employees across 50 countries who are committed to making our products even better every day and helping us expand our innovation leadership.

  • Manage the supply and transfer of inventory across distribution centres to ensure product availability.

  • Identify, manage and communicate supply constraints, working proactively to minimise customer impact.

  • Lead inventory optimisation initiatives across warehouses, service technician van stock and other inventory locations.

  • Maintain demand and supply planning parameters within SAP and contribute to stocktakes and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, Professional Products and Global Supply Chain teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed planning decisions.

  • Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management or a similar supply chain role.

  • Sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and inventory management principles.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the business.

  • Strong systems capability, with SAP experience highly regarded.

  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Our Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

  • Ongoing learning, development and career progression opportunities.

  • Generous employee discounts on premium Miele products.

  • Access to wellbeing initiatives including an Employee Assistance Program and annual flu vaccinations.
