We’re looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager who is passionate about connecting data to business outcomes and crafting compelling stories that inspire action. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in analytics, excels at transforming complex data into executive-ready insights, and demonstrates a natural curiosity and collaborative spirit. Position Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Strategy
· Own the delivery of performance reporting and executive-ready insights.
· Translate business questions into measurable metrics and analysis, highlighting trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
· Lead structured analyses to find opportunities, operational improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
· Develop executive-ready recommendations, arguments, and strategic frameworks to inform critical decisions.

Performance Transformation & Operational Excellence
· Conduct end-to-end assessments of business processes to identify performance gaps and value-creation opportunities.
· Design and lead transformation initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and scalability.
· Establish performance management mechanisms to sustain results.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
· Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching for analysts (or operate as a player-coach depending on team structure), setting clear expectations for quality, timelines, and accountability.
· Build strong relationships across stakeholders to manage intake, prioritize work, and ensure clear ownership.
· Communicate complex findings in a simple, compelling way for leaders and diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, management consulting, analytics, or related roles.
· Strong experience delivering end-to-end reporting and insights
· Self-starter and ability to independently lead analytics projects from ideation to impact.
· Strong storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into simple, compelling narratives.
· Demonstrates curiosity by actively exploring data to identify root causes and emerging opportunities
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, including quantitative modeling and data synthesis.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Background in finance, accounting, or operations analytics.
· Familiarity with enterprise data environments and data governance guidelines.
· Experience in a large, matrixed organization (e.g., financial services or insurance) is an asset.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
