We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team here at MaintainX. This role is central to supporting our sales organization, ensuring our deal processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. What you’ll do:

  • Support the quote-to-contract process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in quoting, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Be a subject-matter expert on optimizing deal workflows and building scalable processes.
  • Review and structure complex sales deals in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Lead and support ARR reconciliation efforts in partnership with Finance and Sales teams
  • Maintain data accuracy and alignment across systems, identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Revise and develop standard operating procedures; contributing to process improvement initiatives that drive scalable and efficient practices
  • Complement process knowledge with technical expertise of systems such as Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, billing/invoicing tools and contract-lifecycle management applications.
  • Enter and maintain customer transactions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Manage and resolve inbound support tickets from stakeholder teams regarding quote to cash processes and tools

About you:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with a major or specialization in Business, Finance, Economics or similar, or related work experience
  • You have at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience sales operations, finance, or legal
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
  • Strong experience with billing/quote-to-cash tools; Salesforce CPQ/RCA is preferred
  • You’re an excellent communicator, can manage your time well, enjoy and are great at solving problems and analysis, and have strong attention to detail
  • You can work cross functionally with other departments, prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality
  • Experience with a high-growth or a later-stage start-up is preferred
