The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for uncovering the stories hidden within the data.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including databases, CRM systems, and external APIs.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Design and implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
