As a member of a global team, you ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Mondelēz International Quality Agenda.
How you will contribute
You will manage and compile global KPI and Metric reporting for the Quality function, ensuring the timely delivery of key reports and data transfer, including annual target setting. You will support the integration of Quality data in the enterprise reporting systems and ensuring the accuracy of quality data reported throughout the business. You will also be part of the team ensuring governance of the data meets the MDLZ requirements.
You will support Regional, BU and Plant teams with data analysis expertise to support continuous improvement and CAPA across the MDLZ Supply Chain. You will be a key member of Communities of practice, proving analysis and insights that will drive action to improve Quality for the Consumer and provide insights growth.
You will support the development of the Quality Data model structure and data integration across the end to end Mondelez International product lifecycle.

Education / Certifications:
Any qualifications and courses related to data analytics or management will be a benefit

Understanding and experience of the Mondelez International Quality Chain Management System
Travel requirements:
Occasional travel for team and project meetings
Work schedule:
