You will be a key partner in managing reporting requests, maintaining data quality, improving reporting processes, and helping stakeholders understand what the data is telling them.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Workforce Reporting & Analytics

  • Help strengthen HR and business decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful workforce reporting across recurring cycles and ad hoc requests.

  • Bring clarity to workforce trends by analyzing metrics such as headcount, turnover, attrition, hiring, retention, demographics, and organizational changes.

  • Turn reporting needs into practical insights by clarifying business questions and shaping outputs that are useful, relevant, and easy for stakeholders to apply.

Reporting Governance & Data Integrity

  • Contribute to a trusted people data environment by supporting consistent metric definitions, reporting standards, documentation, and governance practices.

  • Improve confidence in workforce reporting by validating and reconciling data from multiple sources, investigating discrepancies, and supporting quality checks and data integrity reviews.

  • Help ensure sensitive HR information is handled with accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and appropriate governance.

Reporting Operations, Automation & Process Improvement

  • Support a more efficient People Analytics function by maintaining and improving recurring reporting tools, templates, and reporting packages.

  • Reduce manual effort and improve scalability by applying advanced Excel, Power Query, and automation techniques to recurring reporting activities.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement by identifying opportunities to standardize workflows, simplify reporting processes, and support smaller HR technology or Dayforce-related initiatives where applicable.

Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting Support

  • Build effective partnerships with HR and business stakeholders by helping clarify reporting needs, priorities, timelines, and appropriate reporting solutions.

  • Promote stronger data literacy by guiding stakeholders on available reports, metric definitions, governance practices, and appropriate use of workforce data.

  • Support better reporting discipline by constructively challenging unclear, duplicative, or misaligned requests while communicating findings in a clear and practical way.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Reporting, HRIS Reporting, Workforce Planning Analytics, or a related analytical role.

  • Experience delivering recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting, including requirements gathering, data validation, reporting governance, and stakeholder support.

  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics and workforce data, including headcount, turnover, attrition, hiring, retention, demographics, and organizational information.

  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, reporting templates, data validation, and large datasets.

  • Experience using Power Query or similar tools to transform data, consolidate sources, and improve reporting efficiency.

  • Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms, and with maintaining or troubleshooting Power BI reports or dashboards.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with SQL, Power Automate, Dayforce reporting, workforce planning analytics, reporting automation, or data analytics/visualization certifications is considered an asset.

The compensation for this position is between $70,800.00 and $ 88,500.00  annually, based on experience and qualifications.
