Job Description:
What will you work on?
The Spin Master Customer Operations team is seeking a talented, high energy and problem-solving student to assist with current processes analysis, identifying opportunities for process automation and improvements recommendations. As a Summer Intern in the Customer Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Operations Manager by leading a Core Project. You will be asked to collaborate with multiple individuals from various Customer Focus Teams, while you contribute your creativity and problem-solving skills across multiple initiatives.
How will you create impact?
- Gain knowledge of multiple Accounts from Order Management Specialists.
- Support the analysis and identification of time-saving opportunities and synergies across Customer Focus Teams
- Lead a Core Project including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against key milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed.
- Prepare and present reports on Project status
- Participate in meetings and workshops, providing valuable input and feedback on opportunities to automate processes
- Assist in the documentation and standardization of processes and best practices
