Role Mission:

We are looking for a Customer Data Lead to join our North American team in Toronto and take ownership of client-specific data operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers receive best-in-class data services—whether it's regulatory content feeds, bespoke reporting, or integration support. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our world-class regulatory data capabilities and enterprise client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Service Delivery & Ownership

    • Own end-to-end delivery of CUBE’s customer-specific data services in North America.

    • Ensure regulatory data feeds, exports, and custom content mappings are delivered accurately, on time, and to specification.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of CUBE’s regulatory content architecture and platform capabilities.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Manage SLAs, delivery milestones, and data quality controls for assigned customers.

    • Develop and maintain documentation for customer data processes and mappings.

    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardization.

  • Cross-Team Coordination

    • Partner with our Customer Delivery team to support onboarding and ongoing delivery needs.

    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Content Operations to troubleshoot and resolve client-specific data requests.

    • Influence internal roadmaps by feeding back client data requirements and patterns.

  • Leadership & Strategy

    • Define and track metrics for customer data delivery success, quality, and satisfaction.

    • Contribute to the evolution of the global Customer Data Services model within CUBE.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimisation)

  • Experience working with ETL pipelines, ideally using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) or similar tools

  • 5+ years in a client-facing data delivery, analytics, or operations role within SaaS or data/RegTech companies.

  • 2+ years overseeing data delivery or implementation project(s).

  • Strong technical fluency in data manipulation (SQL, Excel, APIs) and data validation practices.

  • Familiarity with regulatory data, legal tech, or compliance platforms is a strong asset.
