Lead CRM strategy and performance marketing efforts, oversee campaign execution and optimization, analyze customer and campaign data to drive growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted CRM initiatives, including lifecycle management campaigns and personalized communication strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ecommerce, Brand, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM and performance marketing initiatives.
- Leverage customer insights to enhance engagement through email, SMS, direct mail, and digital touchpoints.
- Lead CRM projects aimed at maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value across Miele Sales channels.
- Oversee the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce and digital channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer retention rates, acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics to drive actionable insights, continuously refining marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, ideally within a premium brand or consumer goods environment.
- Proven expertise in managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach or equivalent) and performance marketing tools (Google Analytics,etc).
- Strong analytical & communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
