Tenstorrent builds AI and RISC-V compute hardware and licenses its technology to partners worldwide. The Corporate Development Associate leads client-facing analysis for the strategic deals side of the team, owning the evaluation, structuring, and execution of partnerships and commercial transactions. The role suits someone who takes on responsibility quickly, operates independently, and is credible in front of partners, customers, and the C-suite.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara,CA; Austin,TX; Boston,MA; or Toronto,ON.

Who You Are

  • Credible in client-facing settings, comfortable leading conversations with partners and customers.
  • Analytically strong, with sound commercial judgment and the ability to turn analysis into decisions.
  • Experienced in finance, consulting, or business development, and able to operate independently.
  • A structured communicator who presents clearly to senior internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledgeable about, or eager to learn, the semiconductor, data center, and AI markets.

What We Need

  • Lead client-facing analysis and modeling for strategic partnerships and commercial transactions.
  • Own deal workstreams from evaluation through negotiation and execution.
  • Build business cases and help structure commercial terms with partners and customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships across the AI, semiconductor, and data center ecosystem.
  • Prepare strategy materials and present findings directly to the C-suite.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
