Own university and early-career recruiting strategy for a site, including school selection, campus partnerships, events, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing. Manage intern, co-op, and new-grad hiring funnels while partnering with engineering managers to define candidate profiles and maintain hiring standards. Build new-grad recruiting processes, track funnel metrics in the ATS, and improve candidate experience and recruiting outcomes through data-driven decisions.

Owns HR analytics foundations by transforming HR data into trusted reporting, scalable BI products, and actionable insights. Responsibilities include building BI tooling, improving HRIS and ATS data quality, developing Tableau dashboards, supporting conversational AI and web-based analytics products, and partnering with HRBPs, recruiters, and executives. The role also establishes scalable data governance and helps stakeholders confidently use HR data for hiring, workforce planning, and business decisions.

Owns end-to-end customer programs for CPU and AI accelerator IP products. Coordinates architecture, hardware design, software, product, and customer teams; aligns milestones and deliverables with product strategy; tracks statements of work, SLAs, risks, and progress; drives corrective actions; and reports program status to senior stakeholders throughout the IP product lifecycle.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting including inventory, fixed assets, and COGS. Build and scale standard costing, cost roll-ups, and controls for IPO readiness. Analyze manufacturing variances, partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D, and deliver COGS and margin reporting to leadership.

Own multi-layer PCB layouts for high-performance AI and computing products. Build a high-performing team, support multinational accounting complexity, and manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and outsourced partners while preparing the organization for future public-company requirements.

Own end-to-end demand, materials, and production planning for AI hardware NPI and steady-state builds. Translate engineering schedules, BOMs, forecasts, and capacity requirements into executable plans for contract manufacturers. Manage ECO, ECN, and BOM transitions across ERP and PLM systems, maintain planning data, build KPI dashboards, identify supply risks, and lead mitigation efforts to resolve shortages and keep production on schedule.

Lead post-silicon debug and bring-up for AI accelerator platforms, diagnosing hardware and firmware failures across chips, boards, and systems. Drive root-cause analysis for power, thermal, memory, high-speed links, PCIe and NoC issues; build debug tools, automation, and methodologies; collaborate with ASIC, firmware, and software teams to resolve complex system-level problems and improve reliability.
