  • Collaborate with designers, cross-funtional and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts that support business objectives.

  • Tailor messaging for different audiences and brands while maintaining consistency and compliance with financial industry standards.

  • Regularly contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming sessions.

  • Proofread materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

  • Coordinate content through legal, compliance and translation review processes, ensuring timely approvals and keeping projects on track to meet deadlines.

  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and process invoices.

  • Approach each project with a proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset — taking ownership and maintaining accountability for outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of professional writing or content marketing experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a related creative field.

  •  A degree or a post-secondary diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field and/or equivalent experience.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfort working within brand and regulatory guidelines.

  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn about the lending industry and our customers.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and issue-resolution skills.

  • Proven ability to effectively work with team members, cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance personalization, and optimize content performance, while staying current with emerging technologies to continuously improve messaging strategy and integrate innovation into daily work.

  • Financial services industry experience an asset.

  • French language skills an asset.
