Coordinator, Administrative - Operations

The Coordinator, Administrative provides administrative support to the Group Sales Manager/Sales Manager & appropriate teams. 

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: 

  • Print weekly, daily, monthly reports as needed for analysis by management 

  • Track, record and prioritize all items requiring action by the Manager 

  • Schedule and organize product knowledge sessions with vendor partners 

  • Assist with inputting schedules into workbrain; maintains and updates schedules as required and inputs vacations as per approved requests 

  • Prepare presentation and support materials for key meetings 

  • Assist with repair/client issues in a timely manner 

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to your assigned department 

  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures. 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Business or Communications Degree/Diploma 

  • Minimum five years progressive administrative experience with 2-3 years of direct support to a leadership role 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook 

The measures of success: 

  • Contribution to financial objectives 

  • Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals 

  • Feedback from internal and external clients 

 

 

 

Coordonnateur(trice), Administration - OPERATIONS

 

Le(la) coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ive) offre du soutien administratif au Directeur(trice), Ventes de Groupe et aux équipes appropriées. 

 

Les responsabilités spécifiques comprennent ce qui suit, sans toutefois s’y limiter : 

  • Imprime les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels au besoin à des fins d’analyse par la direction 

  • Fait le suivi, enregistre et priorise tous les articles nécessitant que le(la) directeur(trice) prenne des mesures. 

  • Planifie et organise les séances d’info sur les produits (SIP) avec les fournisseurs partenaires. 

  • Aide à entrer les horaires du personnel dans Workbrain; tient et met à jour les horaires au besoin et entre les vacances en fonction des demandes approuvées. 

  • Prépare les présentations et les documents de soutien pour les réunions clés. 

  • Donne un coup de main pour les problèmes de réparation/clients de façon ponctuelle. 

  • Offre du soutien analytique et administratif à son service d’appartenance. 

  • Effectue les autres tâches qui lui sont assignées. 

  • Assurer le respect en matière de protection de la vie privée, des réglementations et des mesures de cybersécurité. 

 

Le(la) candidat(e) idéale) possède : 

  • Cours ou diplôme en affaires ou en communications 

  • Au moins 5 années d’expérience administrative progressive dont 2 à 3 années de soutien direct à un cadre supérieur 

  • Compétences supérieures à utiliser Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point et Outlook 

  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :$17.60 - $30.50 / 17,60$ - 30,50$ (per hour / de l’heure)Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
