The Sales Consultant develops customer relationships, delivers exceptional service, and aims to exceed sales goals while working on commission.

Develop deep, long-term customer relationships and sell across the store; meet/exceed sales targets through clienteling and styling. Support floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales tasks. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays while complying with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Provide administrative and client support to the Personal Shopper: manage appointments and correspondence, maintain client profiles, prepare merchandise, coordinate alterations/transfers, uphold merchandising and store readiness standards, assist with loss prevention, and ensure compliance with privacy and health & safety policies.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets, support merchandising and floor tasks, attend product training, use technology and social media for client outreach, resolve customer issues, and comply with health, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

The Assistant, Personal Shopping supports the Personal Shopper by managing appointments, client correspondence, data tracking, and maintaining shopping suites. Responsibilities include scheduling, merchandise coordination, and compliance with policies.

The Manager, Privacy oversees privacy compliance and guidance, conducts assessments, manages incidents, and ensures adherence to privacy laws while mentoring a Privacy Specialist.
