The Planner develops merchandise plans, forecasts, and analyses to optimize sales, profit, inventory, markdowns, and assortment decisions. They partner with buying, merchandising, stores, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams; manage in-season performance and demand forecasts; recommend markdowns and inventory actions; evaluate promotional events; maintain planning systems and reports; and present findings. The role also supports process improvement and develops Assistant Planners and Allocation Analysts.

Provides switchboard, office administration, accounts payable, cash-office balancing, banking reconciliation, invoice coding, petty cash management, chargeback investigations, and audit support. Maintains financial and inventory-related tracking, coordinates POS and technical-system repairs, manages parcel and bag checks, and ensures compliance with company procedures, privacy policies, and cybersecurity measures.

Provides corporate and commercial legal counsel across contracts, governance, regulatory compliance, privacy, risk management, real estate, marketing, employment, and litigation. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises cross-functional teams, supports corporate governance and investigations, manages external counsel, leads legal projects, and mentors junior associates.

Owns ecommerce analytics and measurement strategy for holtrenfrew.com, using customer, website, product, search, and financial data to identify growth opportunities. Leads KPI governance, funnel analysis, dashboarding, data quality, conversion-rate optimization, experimentation, SEO, product discovery, and AI-powered search initiatives. Partners cross-functionally to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and improve traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer experience.

Maintains and optimizes HR processes, HRIS data, systems, workflows, and documentation. Supports employee lifecycle changes, ticket triage, system configuration, testing, training, reporting, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Internal Audit, Privacy, and other stakeholders while providing responsive service and maintaining confidential employee information.

Leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of pop-ups and enhanced visual experiences. Manages timelines, budgets, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, risks, governance, performance metrics, and post-program improvements. Provides team leadership, coaching, resource prioritization, and operational guidance while ensuring activations meet brand, customer experience, and commercial objectives.

Supports eCommerce and omnichannel finance through monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, ROI assessments, and operational performance analysis. Partners with Digital, Operations, and Finance leaders to connect business drivers with financial outcomes, identify risks and opportunities, improve processes, and provide decision-support insights.

Supports capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, financial modeling, and post-investment performance analysis. The role prepares business cases, reporting, KPIs, expense forecasts, month-end analysis, and financial commentary while partnering with executives and cross-functional stakeholders. It also supports process improvements, management reporting, and financial performance initiatives.
