THE POSITION
Do you thrive on transforming ideas into compelling, engaging short-form content that captures attention and inspires action? We’re looking for a Content Writer to bring Maple’s brand to life through impactful, high-quality content.
At Maple, we believe content is more than just words—it’s a powerful tool to connect, educate, and engage. Whether it’s a landing page, an email campaign, in-app messaging, or social content, you’ll craft narratives that are clear, compelling, and authentically human, ensuring every piece of content strengthens our brand and deepens our audience’s connection with Maple.
YOUR IMPACT
- Create with purpose: develop engaging, high-quality short-form content across multiple formats—including digital marketing, product messaging, social media, and sales enablement collateral and presentations.
- Shape the brand voice: ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials by adhering to Maple’s brand guidelines. Support the evolution of editorial standards by providing insights and refinements as needed.
- Bring creative storytelling to life: translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content that resonates with B2C and B2B audiences.
- Collaborate across teams: work with marketing, product, and sales to develop content that supports business objectives and enhances the customer journey.
- Optimize and refine: use data, insights, and industry best practices including AI to continuously improve the effectiveness of our content.
12-18 MONTH DELIVERABLES
In your first 90 days, you will gain a deep understanding of Maple’s brand, products, and audience needs across B2B and B2C markets. Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams, you will refine Maple’s brand voice and ensure content consistency. You’ll also begin creating and optimizing short-form content for key channels, focusing on engagement and effectiveness.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, you will scale content production while maintaining quality and impact. By developing strategic, audience-driven content, you will enhance engagement and drive measurable results. Through ongoing testing and iteration, you will refine messaging to strengthen brand storytelling and market positioning.
