Are you passionate about creating content that inspires and drives impact? As Benevity’s Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of our Brand and Content team, crafting compelling content that engages diverse audiences and fuels positive change. In this role, you’ll help develop, refine and execute our content strategy, manage a dynamic content calendar and write a wide range of content across multiple channels. From thought leadership to digital multi-media, your work will enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, contribute to pipeline growth and, ultimately, maximize the good we can do in the world.

What you'll do:

  • Content strategy and planning: Collaborate to develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience needs, and proactively identify opportunities to keep content relevant, timely, and impactful
  • Content creation and optimization: Develop and write high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, case studies, data reports, website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Production: Partner with creative, operations, and content teams to produce engaging video scripts, podcasts, and multimedia content. Conduct research and interviews to generate compelling ideas and campaigns, ensuring alignment with messaging strategies. Write, edit, and proofread to maintain accuracy and clarity
  • Present and communicate: Present content ideas and campaigns effectively while articulating the strategic thinking behind them to stakeholders and team members
  • Maintain brand voice: Uphold and enhance Benevity’s tone and style guide, ensuring a consistent and distinctive copy approach across all communications
  • Content cadence: Support the development and execution of content calendars and editorial plans in partnership with our social media manager
  • Digital content best practices: Operate with a digital-first approach, leveraging SEO best practices and audience insights to create impactful content

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years proven experience in content in a B2B environment
  • Expert with the written word: Experience creating stories in 120 characters or 1,200 for all aspects of a business
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in strategy and writing for global B2B tech is a definite plus, as is a background in developing and producing story-led content that captivates and converts
  • Adaptability: Experience writing for and adapting to different writing styles and tones, and the ability to optimize content based on performance data
  • Platform Experience: Experience with content management and project management systems
