As a Digital Consulting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, and challenging work. Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients across industries, including Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital practice, Analysts can expect to work closely with leadership on a diverse set of tasks and initiatives. Some of your responsibilities may include:  

  • Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support  

  • Liaising with internal and external team members during course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics  

  • Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information as well as gain an understanding of institutional culture  

  • Connecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics  

Travel & Requirements 
 

  • Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role with a graduation date of Spring 2027

  • Interest in applying technology systems to business processes 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills  

  • Strong written and verbal communication 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment  

  • Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook) 

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python a plus

  • A consulting role with Huron requires travel to client sites. The nature and frequency of travel will depend on the specific project requirements and client needs. 

  • Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, including the potential for extended hours depending on project demands

  • Canadian Work Authorization is required

  • Office Location: Toronto, ON

The base salary for this job is $75,000 CAD. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $81,000 - $84,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
