As one of the largest commercial real estate services firms in the world, C&W has extensive market knowledge, resources and geographic coverage to meet the needs of our clients around the globe.
We are currently seeking a CONSULTANT based in our Toronto offices. The successful candidate will focus on providing our clients with an in-depth range of valuation and advisory services. As part of the Cushman & Wakefield network, you will benefit from access to all our best practices including technology and information access, global and national marketing and collaboration with your peers.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing valuation reviews on real property using various methodologies including cost, income, and direct sales comparison approach.
- Writing and updating of various analytic reports, i.e. Regional and Market analyses and Industry Overviews.
- Input and audit sales comparable data, such as lease, expense, rent comps and sales transactions.
- Work as part of a team on large or complex client engagements on a portfolio of properties.
- Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
- To develop property valuation knowledge and expertise and to become an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience, ideally in real estate appraisal
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in business, urban studies or economics.
- Strong research, analytic and written skills are required.
- Must be detail oriented.
- A valid driver’s license.
The compensation for the position is: $25.00 - $25.00 CAD Hourly
