What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of the Enterprise Physical Security team within Corporate Security, this position will support the delivery of its overall mandate by supporting the Physical Security Operations program. The Consultant, Physical Security Operations is strengthening relationships with internal/external stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of safety, security and hospitality to CIBC employees, clients, and guests.
  
The position will contribute strongly to the strategy of the enterprise physical security program by understanding and exceeding the needs of CIBC employees, clients, and guests by demonstrating the upmost level of communication, professionalism, organic enthusiasm, attitude, and a genuine passion for creating a memorable experience for CIBC employees, clients, and guests.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Program Management – Management of the lobby ambassador program to ensure CIBC employees, clients, and guests have a positive and efficient experience.

  • Program Development - Accountable for the development and establishment of various physical security standards and procedures across the enterprise. Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mechanism for existing programs and review and assess emerging trends and strategies for suitability.

  • Relationship Management - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support CIBC’s physical security efforts. This will include establishing lines of communication and a network of professional relationships.
