The Role

As a Consultant within our Banking & Payments practice, you’ll support the delivery of financial transformation initiatives for leading financial services organizations. Working across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams, you’ll help understand current-state challenges, define requirements, and shape practical future-state solutions.

You’ll combine business analysis and consulting skills with effective stakeholder engagement, helping clients navigate change and translate complex business problems into clear, actionable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support financial transformation initiatives across business, operations, finance, technology, and change teams.
  • Analyze current-state processes, gather business requirements, assess gaps, and help define practical future-state solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements, priorities, issues, and decisions.
  • Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness, communications, training support, and adoption planning.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, process flows, presentations, recommendations, and other client-ready deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience applying business analysis and consulting skills within financial services or transformation environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage communication and expectations across different levels of an organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed changes are practical, understood, and aligned with broader transformation objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex information and develop clear recommendations.
  • Effective facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.

  • Experience supporting financial transformation programs within banking, payments, or broader financial services.
  • Exposure to finance, operations, technology, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting change readiness, stakeholder impact assessments, communications, training, or adoption activities.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
