These include driver/vehicle support functions like maintenance management, fuel cards, and registration processing, as well as strategic account-level consultation to drive optimal fleet efficiency and measure results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process registration, toll and violation transactions to ensure that vehicles are compliant with jurisdictional statutes and that performance metrics are achieved while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Process all registration activities such as annual registration renewal, provincial transfers, buyout, ownership changes, plate cancelations, duplicate registrations, and name changes.
- Mail registration documents as required
- Develop and maintain network of provincial ministry contacts, tag agencies, and other services. Select appropriate vendor for each transaction based on urgency, service experience, and cost
- Monitor in process transactions and execute follow up to ensure compliance
- Maintain outbound driver/fleet/vendor correspondence to reflect current processing requirements
- Update registration data into appropriate systems
- Process registration checks with the provinces as necessary
- Research and report legislative changes which may affect vehicle registrations
- Maintain internal documentation to reflect requirements and procedures
- Process all transactions within established metrics
- Process DMV/vendor payments and client billing timely and accurately
- Investigate and resolve client issues, including billing questions
- Manage the 407 Toll Management operations
- Process violations
- Handle violation inquiries
- Process toll billing files
- Provide backup phone support to the Compliance response team
- Provide back up support to the Compliance Team
- Collaborate with team members to assist when needed, or provide back up support during absence
- Process the PPSA registration and renewal processing
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and previous office/customer service experience

Pay Range:$54,700-$76,500
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
