At iA Private Wealth, communications play a central role in driving enterprise alignment, business performance, audience engagement, and adoption of key priorities.

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic messaging and business communications while shaping engagement plans that ensure consistency and clarity across multiple channels. Working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, partners, and advisory groups, you will help deliver a cohesive communications approach that supports iA Private Wealth’s vision, culture, and growth objectives.

What you'll accomplish with us

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies, strategic messaging, and integrated communications plans aligned with business priorities, program objectives, and enterprise initiatives.

  • Plan and deliver communications for advisor events, leadership forums, and internal programs, while creating engaging content that drives participation and supports key business priorities.

  • Partner with senior leaders, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to shape narratives, simplify complex topics, and ensure organizational alignment through clear and impactful communications.

  • Manage communication calendars, coordinated message rollouts, and communication channels while optimizing best practices to maximize audience reach, engagement, and effectiveness.

  • Lead the development of high-impact, on-brand communications, ensuring content quality, consistency, and business impact while coordinating stakeholders to deliver cohesive and timely communications.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their ability to develop and execute communications strategies in complex, regulated environments while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.

  • Stands out for their exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.

  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communications planning, and channel management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Is recognized for their analytical mindset, project management capabilities, and ability to measure communication effectiveness to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.

  • Has 5 to 7+ years of experience in corporate or marketing communications, including experience executing integrated communications in large organizations; wealth management industry experience is considered an asset.

  • Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves developing strategic communications, creating and reviewing business content, preparing messaging for advisors, employees and leadership teams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and collaborating with internal and external partners in English on a daily basis. Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
