Are you an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Manager who takes pride in building strong client relationships and truly understands the insurance world? As a Commercial Account Manager, you are a trusted advisor, who owns and supports client relationships and understands their business needs in order to provide effective insurance solutions.
We’re looking for people who are continuously growing – from Good to Great, from Great to Elite! We’re looking for YOU !The Commercial Lines Account Manager will:
  • Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with Producers and Insurance companies on our commercial accounts.
  • Ensure successful renewal of accounts by conducting thorough account reviews, putting together comprehensive submissions to send to market and providing professional advice to clients.
  • Oversee processing of endorsements, certificates, by the Technical Assistants.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from clients such as general questions, cancellations and payment issues.
  • Represent KASE Insurance at industry events, build relationships with the insurance carriers.
  • Provide  mentorship and guidance to new producers and other associates.

To be successful as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with KASE Insurance, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Current RIBO License in good standing
  • Proven track record of attracting and retaining commercial clients
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
  • CAIB or other insurance related certifications is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling
  • Experience in negotiating renewals with carriers

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
