Client Support Operations

About your role:

 At Fiserv, a successful Client Operations Support professional takes pride in being part of a high‑performing team that ensures our clients’ operations run smoothly. This role is critical in addressing and resolving issues, delivering exceptional client support, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Client Operations Support professional will support the TD Canada Sales organization by focusing on providing inbound phone and email support to internal Sales Advisors. The position will serve as a primary point of contact for Sales Advisors, assisting with Clover terminal support and all pre‑boarding activities related to TD Marketplace clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales Advisors within the TD SMS Canada Sales organization
  • Handle inbound phone calls and a shared email inbox from Sales Advisors
  • Provide support for Clover terminal inquiries and related solutions
  • Support TD Marketplace pre‑boarding activities, including:
  • Service plan questions
  • Terminal selection guidance
  • General pre‑boarding process inquiries
  • Navigate internal systems to access real‑time information and identify accurate solutions   
  • Partner closely with approximately 70+ Sales Advisors to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service while managing evolving workflows

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in client support or call center experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or fintech industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing client accounts and service requests.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Fiserv systems or similar financial services platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience familiarity with onboarding or pre‑boarding processes
  • Experience working with shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms
  •  Ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows and business needs
  •  Knowledge of PC software and mainframe application sufficient to enter and access customer information (i.e. FLBOSS, My Sales Office, FDMP, FDPOS, others)

Salary Range:

$48,000.00-$60,000.00
