Job Title

Bilingual Client Success Specialist

At Fiserv, we help clients deliver connected commerce and payment experiences that support the speed of life. On the Clover onboarding team, this role supports new and existing business clients by guiding implementation, training, and early-stage adoption of Clover Point-of-Sale solutions. You will help clients configure their environment, resolve setup issues, and build confidence using Clover from day one.

What you’ll do:

  • Support client onboarding for Clover by assisting with device activation, hardware installation, account setup, and system configuration.
  • Configure menus, inventory, tax settings, and payment options based on client business needs and operational requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during onboarding to answer questions, troubleshoot setup issues, and provide follow-up guidance after launch.
  • Document client setup details, preferences, training activities, and issue resolution in internal systems.
  • Escalate client issues to internal teams as needed and coordinate follow-up to reduce disruption to service.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Clover, related Fiserv platforms, operational processes, and implementation changes.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or support for Point-of-Sale or payment technology platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience in configuring business settings such as inventory, menus, tax rules, and payment options within merchant systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting hardware, device activation, and account setup issues in a technical support environment.
  • 2+ years of experience using CRM or case management systems to document client interactions, onboarding progress, and issue resolution.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, or client setup documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting software or platform adoption in a customer-facing technical environment.
  • 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting Clover from Fiserv or other POS platforms in a merchant services environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French.
  • Experience coordinating issue escalation across technical, operations, and service teams.
  • Experience delivering virtual or live end-user training for business clients.

How you’ll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

  • Approximately 0% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected

Salary Range:

$48,000.00-$60,000.00
