Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Client Strategy Executive to join our ever-evolving Client Strategy Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will partner with clients to unlock growth, strengthen long-term relationships, and maximize the value of their payment solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help businesses navigate an evolving payments landscape by identifying new opportunities, introducing innovative technologies, and delivering strategies that drive measurable results. Your ability to influence client success, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance customer experiences will directly support Global Payments’ mission to power commerce worldwide while creating meaningful impact for our clients, our business, and the future of payments.

What you'll own
  • Drive portfolio growth by identifying and executing strategic expansion opportunities that increase revenue, strengthen client relationships, and deliver long-term business value.
  • Influence client success through consultative recommendations that optimize payment solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support clients in achieving their business goals.
  • Strengthen retention and profitability by analyzing account performance, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and negotiating solutions that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Lead seamless solution adoption by partnering across teams to implement new technologies, services, and enhancements that elevate the client experience and accelerate results.
  • Shape growth strategies by providing market insights, portfolio recommendations, and performance-driven actions that contribute to business expansion and sustained success.
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relationship management, with a strong track record of growing revenue and retaining clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers, influence outcomes, and develop trusted advisor relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including needs analysis, solution development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive profitable business outcomes.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize competing demands and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience working within the payments, financial technology (FinTech), or merchant services industry.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment processing technologies, and payment networks.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or leading initiatives that improve team performance and client outcomes.
