The Client Service Analyst is responsible for providing high levels of sales support to the YouGov Canada sales team and client servicing for a specific group of clients. You will be responsible for delivering against renewal and ensuring clients are achieving the most from their subscriptions. This role will require you to physically be in the office on a regular basis in the first few months to learn the job and the culture; but there will be some flexibility in terms of days at the office vs. at home.  

What will you be delivering?

As a member of the YouGov Canada team, you will:

  • Support YouGov Canada sales leads and work with the YouGov Canada Team to help uncover opportunities for account growth
  • Provide servicing to YouGov data product clients
  • Teach and assist clients in learning YouGov products to complete analytics
  • Conduct analysis and create reports using the YouGov database and client data as required
  • Be directly responsible for client satisfaction and engagement for specific Data Products clients, driving client retention
  • Create short form analytics for marketing of YouGov Canada

What you need to get an interview:
  • Very comfortable and proficient working with data and data analytics
  • Ability to uncover and articulate insights from data that align with our clients’ goals and research needs and build PowerPoint decks that deliver these insights for a business audience
  • Must possess problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning and understanding
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in client facing market research is an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency working with data analytics software (e.g. SPSS, Python, R)
  • Experience working with data visualization software is an asset (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

  • Detail oriented who can also multi-task, handling many different projects
